An opportunity to practice mutual learning together. Together you will learn about personal and organizational leadership best practice to develop a growing edge as a leader. As well you may also practice mutual learning based on topics that are relevant to the “Big 3” (making disciples, seeking renewal and reaching the least reached everywhere).

Coach

One or two people will receive an opportunity at each meeting, through an intentional discernment process, to receive peer coaching toward a personal playbook. Once a personal playbook is completed this time will be focused on coaching related to relevant leadership, ‘BIG 3’, ministry and personal issues.
